To confirm your reservation a deposit is required.
A 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.
The balance of your room charges to be paid at the check-in time.
Should you not make the deposit payment within 48 hours, the booking will be considered as cancelled.
All cancellations must be advised in writing and will take effect the day it is received by Skylight House Galle.
Cancellations received 15 days or more, prior to arrival date will not incur any charge.
Cancellations received within 1 to 14 of the date of arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the total cost.
Festival season bookings (from 21st December to 7th January) are non-refundable.
No-shows and stays that are cut short will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the full room rate for the entire period booked
Check-out time1200hrs midday and check-in time is from 1400hrs. Early check-in and late check-out time can be arranged at the management’s discretion, subject to availability.
Should you cancel your booking, please be aware that the amount refunded will be the exact equivalent to the rupees received by the hotel at the time of making the deposit, subject to the other terms and conditions. The hotel will not be liable should there be a shortfall owing to currency fluctuations.
